Reclaim Your Health After 50
Midlife isn't a slow decline—
it's where overlooked imbalances finally show up.
At Reclamation Era, I specialize in functional health after 50 using advanced data-driven testing to uncover how your body is truly functioning—
so you can stop chasing symptoms and start aging with strength, clarity, and confidence.
—No supplement chaos.
—No unnecessary medications.
—Just clear data and a personalized path forward.
How does it work
with science—not guesswork or symptom chasing

Let’s talk
-
“Your labs are ‘normal’ but you don’t feel fine”
-
“You’re doing the right things and still stuck”
-
“You don’t want more meds or supplement chaos”
Who This
Is For
This is for people who are ready to understand their body —
not chase trends.
Men and women 50+
Burned out professionals
Curious, proactive—done guessing
If that resonates, we should talk
What Makes Reclamation Era different?
Gut, liver & bile focus for detox + aging
Genetics + gut + hormones together
Functional blood chemistry analysis
(100+ biomarkers)
Personalized, long-term health map
Why Reclamation Era Exists
Most people entering midlife are trying hard to be healthy.
They eat well. They move their bodies. They take supplements recommended by friends or social media. Their doctor says their labs look “normal.”
And yet they’re exhausted, inflamed, foggy, anxious, or quietly worried about what aging is going to bring.
Here’s what most people are never told:
-
“Normal” labs don’t equal optimal function
-
Someone else’s protocol isn’t necessarily right for your body
-
Aging amplifies imbalances that went unnoticed for decades
By midlife, toxins naturally accumulate, detoxification pathways slow, and the liver and bile system become critical to how well the entire body functions—
from hormones and digestion to cholesterol, inflammation, and brain health.
If those systems aren’t working well, no supplement or medication will fix the downstream symptoms.
Reclamation Era exists to move beyond symptom-chasing and guessing—and replace it with understanding.

Who I Work With
I work with men and women—often burned-out professionals—who are already doing many of the right things but still feel stuck.
People who think:
-
“I shouldn’t feel this tired”
-
“My labs say I’m fine, but I don’t feel fine”
-
“I don’t want a lifetime of medications”
-
“I want to age well, not just manage symptoms”
If you’re curious, thoughtful, and ready to understand your body instead of fighting it, you’re exactly who I work best with.
How I Work
(and why it's different)
I take a science-first, whole-body approach that looks at the systems most practitioners never connect.
I start with advanced functional blood chemistry analysis, reviewing over 100 biomarkers at once.
This includes cardiometabolic markers, full thyroid panels, inflammatory patterns, nutrient status, liver and bile function, and metabolic trends.
Rather than waiting for disease markers, I narrow the margins—identifying where function is slipping before it becomes a diagnosis.
From there, we build out the full picture with additional functional testing when appropriate:
-
Genetic/DNA profiles to understand your blueprint
-
Blood markers to see how lifestyle is expressing those genes (epigenetics)
-
Gut testing to assess digestion, absorption, immune signaling, and bile flow
-
Adrenal and hormone testing to evaluate stress resilience and recovery
The liver and bile system are central in my work. They determine how efficiently your body processes hormones, clears toxins, manages cholesterol, and reduces inflammation—especially in midlife. When these pathways are supported properly, everything else works better.
Looking at multiple systems together creates a truer, more actionable picture of health. This is where real progress begins.
I’m hands-on, highly involved, and focused on building a long-term health map, not a temporary fix.

Why I Use Functional Lab Testing
Most people have never had their health looked at as a whole.
Standard lab work is designed to detect disease—not to assess how well your body is functioning, adapting, or aging.
By the time something flags as “abnormal,” dysfunction has often been present for years.
Functional lab testing allows us to see patterns, not just problems

What I Look For
(and why it matters)
Functional Blood Chemistry
I analyze over 100 biomarkers at once to understand how your body is functioning in real time. This includes: —Cardiometabolic health —Inflammation and oxidative stress —Full thyroid function (not just TSH) —Nutrient status and deficiencies —Liver and bile function —Blood sugar regulation and insulin signaling Rather than waiting for disease markers, I narrow the margins— identifying where systems are under strain before they break down.
Liver & Bile: A Non-Negotiable in Midlife
As we age, toxins naturally accumulate and detoxification efficiency declines. The liver and bile system play a central role in: —Hormone clearance and balance —Cholesterol metabolism —Gut health and nutrient absorption —Inflammation control —Brain clarity and energy If bile flow is sluggish or detox pathways are overloaded, symptoms persist—no matter how “clean” your diet or supplement routine looks. This is why I always assess how well these systems are functioning and prioritize them when needed.
Genetics, Gut, Hormones & Stress
Blood work shows us what’s happening now. Additional labs help explain why. —DNA testing reveals your genetic blueprint —Blood markers show how lifestyle is expressing those genes (epigenetics) —Gut testing evaluates digestion, absorption, immune signaling, and bile dynamics —Adrenal and hormone testing assess stress resilience and recovery capacity Looking at these systems together gives a truer, more actionable picture than treating symptoms in isolation.
What This Means for You
—Fewer supplements, chosen with intention —Smarter decisions about medications —Earlier intervention to support healthy aging —A clear, personalized roadmap instead of ongoing trial-and-error This isn’t about perfection. It’s about understanding your body well enough to support it properly— for the long term.
